Eskatrans switches to Qargo Transport Management System

Since September 2025, Eskatrans has been working with the Qargo Transport Management System (TMS). This digital solution has enabled the transport company to take important steps towards simplifying and streamlining its administration and day-to-day transport processes.

Thanks to Qargo, communication with customers is also faster and more efficient. Transport instructions are sent directly to drivers via an app. Drivers can, in turn, digitally scan transport documents, making them immediately available online to customers through the customer portal.

Order and rate management has also become more structured and transparent thanks to the new way of working. A significant improvement has been achieved in the order-to-cash process: whereas this previously took an average of two weeks, the process can now be completed in just two days.

By switching to Qargo, Eskatrans continues to invest in digitalisation, efficiency and optimal service for both customers and drivers.
